so i remember the name of c's teenage husband and look it up and HE is also dead, since 2007 wth?!!

week of death or is it week of hearing about death - though knowing me i probably already heard about this and forgot.  so i remember who c's teenage husband was,  when she was 18.  i'm pretty sure they had a son together, but any mention of that is all whacko.  all i'll say to that is the evil that is her mother (who died in 1989 - no loss) -- boy was that confusing, she was a teacher and then a housewife and then a sub-teacher, married to a banker.
both she and her husband were abusive to c, then to their small dog, who c's mother bludgeoned/kicked to death "because it barks" after c left home for good.  cornered the dog in the small front hall corner, next to the door that went to the upstairs, (exactly where she used to corner c throughout most of her childhood after age 9, that we knew of but have a feeling it was before that), and just kept hitting it until the small dog was dead.  (the mother knew she was going to do this, because she had called our house asking us to take the dog, who she had started hitting regularly after c moved out.  after this happened, the same blanched poker face and the younger one would say if you had just taken it ... not that easy to do, if your parents say no and its not that easy to find a home for an adult dog - i think it was 4, even nowadays with resources.  they kept saying, even if its in the yard, we had two cats and a rabbit.  not at all easy to do.  but the people behind us had a fenced yard and a dog and were like, if we had known, we would have.  hmmm, you didn't know what weirdness went on in that house around the block.  seriously.  have a feeling maybe not.  don't think anyone talked about much of anything back then.  lots of shock and then people forget because it all seems so quiet.
and then c's mother went after c's first child and then tried to "frame" c for it.  later on.  now, you know your mother is a nutcase.  WHY have her anywhere near your kid, no matter how sweet she acts?  rn did the samet thing with her mother who had schizophrenia and her baby ended up "dead".  and fast forward to 1989, an abusive mother at our office in nyc had her grandson stay with her, we actually had to call her daughter in another state and say to her, what in the world do you think you are doing leaving your son with your crazy mother?  what are these people thinking.  its bad enough when a person doesn't know, and something happens.   but when they DO know.   wtf?  in the 70's i would also blame the culture, which insisted on "family" and giving crazy and sadistic people "chances" are you kidding me?   but by 1989, i think our "culture" knew you don't give chances at all.
if you would ask her sister about her nephew, not recalling the whole saga, she would either turn red or blanch completely poker face and kind of mumble, no c doesn't have any children, when everyone knows she does or did.  easier to avoid them and the conversation completely.  then several years later, she would act all bouncy-happy because c had another kid with her new husband and the sister wanted you to know "they" as in her parents, "didn't do it this time", they are acting normal.  and real excited and happy about this.    hmmmm didn't "do" what, if there never was one?  this is how sick it was back then, the local police would also be "glad" "it" didn't happen this time, as though "it" not happening changes what happened and makes up for what happened.  how about an eye for an eye.  that makes up for it.
and also how about damages in cash as well - Damages: A cash compensation ordered by a court to ... "Damages are a monetary payment awarded for the invasion of a right at common law.... means something done against the right of the party, producing damage.    though what good does that do if its not really paid anyway and just ordered over and over and over and over again.  hmmm, that should be contempt of court and automatic jail time, PLUS payment.
bouncing off the walls whacko shit.  but c's parents were "angels" to their younger daughter and to total strangers.  sick sick and sick.  boy, is that confusing, when you really know what is what, and then you have to sit there and act polite when you really know.  nope, i could never handle small town living or the nausea of celebrity when you know what is really going on with any of them that are nuts, and have it in your face at any given time without warning.  its too disgusting.
the way social service worked back then was "keep the family together" even if its abusive and go to counselling.  so much bullshit.  no victim wants to know their perpetrator at all, doesn't matter WHO that perpetrator is.  they have since discovered keeping the abusive family together is the absolute WORST thing you can do.  hmmm, took all that rocket science to figure that out eh?
then you would see the planned evil in her mother's eyes, when c would be around.  no reason either.  c's mother enjoyed evil (but she went to church every single week.  what a joke.  and was even in the choir.  gag me.)  totally sadistic.   with the younger daughter, who i actually knew well, the mother only abused her if the older daughter wasn't there.  when c moved out as a teenager, the mother started beating up the younger one, to the shock of the younger daughter who used to instigate her mother to get her mother to beat up her older sister for her own entertainment.  she said, until she started getting hit herself, she didn't realize getting beat up hurt, she just liked watching her sister cry.  wth?  after c left, the sister i was friends with would come over crying and trying to explain what her mother did and that her mother didn't really want to hit her, she wanted to hit c, but c wasn't there to hit.  wth?  sick, sick and sick.
and social service made c keep going home to hideous parents, day in and day out, even though there were other places for c to live - like straight to her aunt's house who had wanted custody of her since c was around age 5 (my guess is that is when things became obvious were not okay?)    instead social service would report how lovely the home is.  they like the furniture and the pretty lawn.  and go on, it isn't that bad.  hmmm.  aren't you supposed to be interviewing the kids and not the furniture, just a guess.   or they would view the house and check it off and not go in at all.  even c's parents laughed over that one and told the neighbors and laughed and laughed and laughed, like a retarded mary joke.  except that its sick and not at all funny.
i didn't learn about how common that was until i took sociology of social problems class in college.  abusive families will often choose one child to abuse and the entire family will abuse that one child.  as in drive over to abuse that one kid.  total psychos.   wth?  does it occur to social service or the police back then to put the perpetrators (regardless of who the perpetrator is), in jail or even better - an eye for an eye.  that should work.  find someone two or three times the size and weight of the adult abusing the kid (just as the perpetrator adult is two or three times the size and weight of the child they are attacking) and do the same to that adult, that that adult did to that child.  seriously.
we hear about abuse more today.  back then it was covered up waaaay too much and the longer an abuser (criminal) gets away with what they do, the more they will continue doing it.  the father was just as big a dick.  he died in 1997.  he was a banker who was "embezzling" funds from the bank accounts of children and senior citizens as soon as he became a vp at the bank where he worked.  what a family.  and what is truly sick, is i don't think he ever went to jail for it.  nor, was the money ever paid to the people he robbed.
plea deals don't work, unless the person is incarcerated as well.  that is the reality of it.  ditto with that lawyer asshole from south florida.  his plea deal was pay the $55,000 in 1986 and his wife was supposed to make larger yearly payments out of the payroll account from their firm.  in 1994 it was back in court for non-payment, the amount he owed with just inflation was $78,000 by then.  his wasn't embezzlement, his was stealing pay checks and settlement checks from a person's mailbox, forging the signature and putting it in his own account.  there was a paper trail.  easy case.   he was even caught on surveillance film in front of an atm mugging the person for their $5000 in traveller's checks.  sick, sick and more sick.    today it would be around $140,000 not including interest and damages.  that prick still hasn't paid what he owed, to me nor anyone else.
by the early 90's he was supposed to do jail time then in addition to the money owed and in spain, execution for even worse crimes (same crimes he committed in usa as well, but in spain they were handling it) except the state of florida never released him.  what kind of fraud did he commit then to get away with not being extradited, because its always various fraud that keeps these assholes out of prison/death row where they belong.    this guy is a total asshole.  but he is still walking around.  just as c's father was still walking around in the 80's and 90's, much to the shock of everyone who testified against him.  so much for our system of justice.
they claim only 10% of the criminals are caught at what they do and of the 10% caught and prosecuted, only another 10% go to jail.  10% of 10% is what, 1%?   well these two pieces of shit dudes were caught and they still didn't go to jail or pay up.  sick.  sick and sick.  and then they wonder why people join mafias etc., to have things handled other ways.  wonder.
so anyway, i remember c's teenage husband's name.  his nick name was red.  an easy google.  and he is also dead.  what the hell?  lol.  what a friggin week.  i didn't know him much.  just saw him around when i was a kid, and vaguely recall when they married, divorced and she several years later remarried and then he remarried.   he HATED c's family and used to let everyone know the off the wall things her mother would say to him when he dated her when they were still in high school.   i think it was a huge relief for c when the public finally knew all about it, through him.  the local public was stunned.  anyone who actually knew, basically was not so stunned.  more like, can't wait to turn 18 and not be around allll this shit, even distantly, thank you.  red died in 2007.   even younger than she was.  don't even want to know of what.
his sons with the second wife are both avid hunters and "learned it all" from their father, so better to keep a really really really far distance.  never know what i might say.  he has a photo of his friend's five year old carrying out a dead BABY bobcat they just murdered.  he thinks that is normal you f'ing freak.  just more sick, sick and sick.  boy, do i not miss living in the north east.

the rest of what happened with this: c left her infant son with her mother to babysit, as bad as her mother is, and as nervous as c was about it, she didn\'t have a sitter, couldn\'t reach the sitter...kind of stuff. she had to work or had a work interview...her son kept peeing while at her mother\'s house. i guess he was nervous in a strange house. her mother chopped the infant\'s dick off and then made up stories of why she did this and tried to frame c for it. as always the police in that town DID NOTHING about it. the entire report is \"lost\". later still people assumed she killed the baby or the baby died or was given up for adoption. then the crap starts with death would be better than living a life as a freak of any sort.

actually, no death is not better. sex is not that important in the bigger scheme of things, when one thing goes, you find something else. that is how life is. will you be different and will life be different than it would have been. yes. but you live and that is a triumph in and of itself.

the incident became a total freak out. c\'s husband took custody of the baby and moved back with his parents. he was going to try to raise him on his own. he and c got divorced.

explaining and viewing the tragedy daily became too much for him. he put the baby up for adoption. a liberal couple who couldn\'t easily adopt for other reasons, who were from allendale, nj which is a beautiful area, nicer than where c and her husband live adopted the baby and raised it as a girl, as was suggested by the doctor.

all sports. all the same life growing up. children are genderless until age 12 or so and luckily this was during the 70\'s and 80\'s when girls and boys basically dress the same anyway. c moved on and married someone else and had a son in 1983 with her husband at the time. c\'s ex-husband also moved on, moved to pennsylvania and had two sons ten years later or more, with his new wife. neither c nor her first husband finished nor returned to college and for the next twenty years c had to devise ways to keep her parents far away from her, but still let them meet and know her next son (which NEVER MAKES sense at all). social service back in the 80\'s used to tell people to do this, its incomprehensible to me that an ORGANIZATION would encourage that kind of thing. wth?! the only place c\'s parents should have been would be dead or at least death row in prison. unbelievable what people get away with.

MONTHS before c had even given birth to the baby, c had come over to my house and asked me to live at her house, which was a few towns away from our town. she wanted me to baby sit for her and i had agreed to, which her sister told me, think twice. i only knew c through her.

c always had breaking points (and should by the way). her parents were abusive tyrants and sexual deviants. the facade of their life, and then the reality. when c came over to ask, i didn\'t bother waiting for her to talk me into it. c was trying to maintain her dignity while basically asking for serious help. she was too young to be raising a baby without any real help, both of them were. i was busy with school and my band and had a lot more on my plate than she did in a professional way, i still said yes. i also knew that people both in her life and my life would try to screw with it over and over again, mostly my step brother. i have never figured that out. his step sister who has issues beyond just jealousy in general, i get that, but with him? its like cinderella and the wicked step sisters but there were four of them and both genders. the step brother and his mother. his step sister and step father. what a batch. yuck! with the step brother especially he never goes away. ditto with his relatives. espcially if i\'m doing anything on tv. wth? even NOW and its too many years to even count. what a weirdo.

i told c even with my schedule, she could come along with her son, we are always hiring people with my band and if we have something big going on we\'d work it out. i figured a year, she should be set after a year or so with daycare and at least she could breathe easy right then.

first the stepfather starts his crap offering a job he has no say to, to his niece who is older than me, but behind me in school. c was horrified. then the two steps and their crap and i\'m racking my brains trying to figure anyone else who is nice and fairly vigilant who can do this, because it has to be a NO VISITORS of any sort kind of babysitting because of her family. then her husband comes by to visit and the evil steps start their crap as well. what i didn\'t know at this time is that costeljur was always starting his crap. this i still don\'t get either. i didn\'t know him at the time and he always blames ignorance and kaswa for showing up and doing the evil things he does. however, by this time he would definitely know that he had no reason to be doing any of what he was doing. he also wanted to know if there was anything there he could steal (meaning house or car or jewelry. he was already a creep and his sob story of not wanting to end up like that because his father and grandfather is like that, is all lies, he was worse than his father and grandfather even then. then he says because of bobw he honestly thought what he was doing was legal. he\'s a pedophile and the local cops, several of them were also pedophiles/child rapists. disgusting.

amazing how much crap going on back then and kids having to deal with any of it on any level.

i actually always remember c and her husband coming by and assuaging the whole thing. i can picture it as though it just happened. so strange. she was verrrry nervous and trying to act very adult. she wasn\'t even 19 yet. she was saying you don\'t have to clean or anything, just watch the baby and teach it things like you do anyway and then c giggles. you don\'t even have to cook, you and my sister never do that do you. and i\'m like no. then she laughs and says she doesn\'t either or we can all learn together. and i\'m thinking, no i don\'t want to learn that. cereal and eggs for me. lol. i don\'t eat meat, even back then i didn\'t. i eat fish.

then he is coming by and saying, he does all the floors, so don\'t even worry about anything like that and i\'m thinking. yeah, i know that. so many spoons in the soup. (its a spanish expression). everyone will come by. everyone will have an opinion. i have pets, and c offers, just bring them along and i\'m like fine. everything is solved, so its just a matter of when its born. she lives in her aunt\'s house which she inherited. she is nervous. if her aunt was still alive, her aunt might help, but she is kind of old for it anyway. gad were they nervous. they should be nervous i guess. i can\'t imagine doing all that without a TON of help. its so much easier with automatic babysitters - hopefully that you can trust.

after she had the baby she was trying to do it on her own and i\'m like, okay, glad i didn\'t change anything around. her sister is cracking up, that is c for you. then she is saying she wants me to baby sit for her some nights but she doesn\'t know when. so her sister explains to her that its near- impossible to reach me by phone or even mail because the evil steps make trouble 100% of the time, there was a real lot that c didn\'t know. then she was going to have another neighbor help, but she wasn\'t ready for it and didn\'t comprehend that c\'s parents can\'t come over for many reasons. so many maybe this and maybe that with her and her sister sits there saying, told you. it would all seem funny by now, except its tragic.

so fast forward this whole thing to 1991. the entire time i worked the tri-state area of nyc from the northern end and riverdale, ny to way west to the delaware river and then south to ocean county through 1996, as a portrait photographer (after that i was in the phili-delaware area) i kept running into things from the past (and everyone all grown up or old) resolving itself in various ways. a lot of de ja vu almost - kind of thing. as dumb as this is, people in the northern end of nj by nyc, actually though phili-delaware must be the delaware river by the poconos. ummm, no?! i\'ve never figured out if they don\'t know that the state of delaware exists or they don\'t know where philadelphia is. hmmm, ever think of looking at a map? seriously. that kind of thing is so ignorant, its scary.

so i have a photo shoot in allendale. its a teenager and her baby. the girl is 17 and she is having the shoot done at her best friend\'s house because her friend has a great mom who is super liberal and super supportive and they help her. the friend is 15. the gir\'s own mom is not at all supportive and basically furious about the pregnancy. no support at home.

i\'m setting up my equipment and i\'m kneeling on the floor in jeans and sneakers because that is what you wear as a portrait photographer (yay!) (RIPPED jeans at that! lol. that was the style at the time). and i look up and i basically fell over because the girl that walked in the room looked EXACTLY like my friend\'s sister as a teenager except with red hair and my friend\'s sister had light brown hair. same texture of hair. same features. same height. what the hell?! and i\'m staring at her. and she is saying, the photo-shoot is not for her, its her friend\'s baby and her friend, her best friend. and i\'m still staring and i kind of shake my head out of it. and i blurt to her, you look EXACTLY like my friend\'s sister. and she sits down in an easy chair, in this really nice home of their\'s in allendale filled with ethan allen furniture and stares at me and is like, who are you. very suspicious.

so i get all pro and i give her the name of the company kind of thing and ask who she is, and is she in the photos.

and she is staring at me. and asks if i know this investigator she just hired but just says his name. and i\'m like, no are you a photo referral. and she is like, why did you say i look like your friend\'s sister.

and i say, oh. you do. i haven\'t seen them in years though. i actually fell over when you walked in, it was like a blast from the past. so she is asking me all these questions. the name of the friend. the friend\'s sister. the towns they lived in. the name of her father who probably still lives in the same house in that town. where they went to high school and when and the name of the boyfriend/husband. and the name of a neighbor she was friends with. too many questions. i answer them. and she says to me, she got more information from me than from the investigator that charged them $1000 and found nothing. records are sealed in nj even in 1991 i guess. (or he is just a shitty investigator).

then the mother is there. and she says her mother paid for it and knows she is looking. and her mother is crying and she is saying to her mother, it doesn\'t change anything i just want to know. and she is laughing and saying you have no idea what my mother is like. and they are talking about the 17 year old moving there with the baby because the bff has more less liberal and less supportive parents. the red head says, she is glad she was adopted because if she wasn\'t her mother [who raised her] wouldn\'t have been her mother.

then i get a call (which ended it for me, i have an unlisted phone number ALWAYS and don\'t like people calling me without my permission), so she gets the phone number through some kind of fraud and calls me, saying she got more information from me than the investigator and wants to pay me and i tell her no thanks and to donate any money to abused women and children, which is my standard answer for \"found\" money like that (money that comes from god). she wants to meet her brother and is flipping that everyone is at the same addresses and places of employment as i mentioned i ran into the old friend at macy\'s cosmetic counter where she works at the mall, she would know much more than i would about her sister. and me giving out even that, is a LOT for me because i\'m a privacy freak.

so there he/she is. have no idea about what happened next or anything. maybe she\'ll be a gender-neutral profession like a chiro or something and then in the bigger picture none of what happened matters too much anyway.

not until i met rn, did i know of ANYONE who let a stark raving lunatic parent babysit their infant. what in the world are people THINKING. its bad enough if you don\'t know. but if you DO know and you do that, to me, its premeditated murder.
