So fustrated today

Thought the Effexor was working, but noooo, hot flashes came back with a vengeance.  Whole head was sweating, so bad I had to change my pillow in the middle of the night.  To add insult to injury, I haven't pooped in 5 days.  Guess my gut will explode next, good, maybe I will die from it and be out of my misery.
