So frustrated!!
This has been the longest that my pain levels have been this high without much relief from the meds!! I'm trying to push through the pain to function at even a basic level. I hope it gets better when this weather changes...I'm clinging to that for the sake of my sanity! I've been so stressed out over personal issues too, and I know that doesn't help. I need a break soon!!

I do understand that feeling. All of it. My doctor has made it clear she will not increase my pain med. This is fine with me most of t the time but sometimes I have a flare that I just can\'t get ahead of.
When that happens I wrap myself in heat. Heating pads, heated throw and then I just try to relax. I hope you find some way to manage it. Where does the pain come from?

I have been fighting a bad flare up for seems almost a month or longer. Stress does not help either.Just want you to know I am here if you need to vent or just to talk. Take care,gentle hugs.......MK
