So excited!

So tomorrow is the day! I cant believe its finally here, I don't know what to do with myself I'm so excited!!
Transfer is at 11.30am leaving home at 9.30 my friend is driving me, DH is hoping to meet us there, he is working in the same town but has a very busy day so there's every chance he wont make it, I'm ok with that just excited to have it happen, cant believe in 24hrs ill be sitting here, with baby on board, even if it is only for a few days, I am being as positive as I can but also trying to get myself used to the idea of it not working so I'm not tooooo disappointed.
Me and my friend will go and have a pedicure to relax, and then drive home and chill out, Hopefully the doctor will give me special instructions but if anyone else can help that would be good? I have booked the whole week off work, which will be awesome, I know it may not be necessary but it will be a nice break and should help! I plan to just relax maybe visit a few people and have a facial that sort of thing!
At the moment I feel like a big fat cow, I have put on a lot of weight and its very frustrating not to be able to do anything about it. I cant exercise after tomorrow so right now theres no point in doing anything, so I think I will tell myself that if this doesn't work, I will focus on getting as fit as possible before our next go!

I am SOOOO excited for you friend!!! I remember feeling like a huge cow myself leading up to transfer day for our first IVF. The bloaty-ness does go away though I promise:0)

Some tips: Try to be as stress free as physically possible (easier said than done I know). After your transfer is done and you are ready to go home do not over do anything. Lay around the house. In fact boarderline bed rest is even better. Good for you for taking off work for a week that is very smart!

I don\'t think the doc stressed this enough to me when we did our fresh cycle on the taking it easy part. I didn\'t take it easy enough and I sent my ovaries into a very painful case of OHSS right before my embryo transfer day. I learned my lesson the hard way and I will never forget how sick I felt.
Resting is the best thing for your body for a few days the day of transfer and a few days afterwards.
Lost of luck to you tomorrow I will be thinking of you and cheering you on long distance!! *HUG!!
