So confused

Im so confused. You all know how everytime I have to reschedule a doctors appointment I have to call and leave a message and it takes weeks for them to get back to me. Well I couldnt make it Monday because the roads were so bad. So I called that day and had to leave a message. Well when I got home yesterday I had a message to call Derlene back today between 8-4 to let her know what day and time was best for me. Well I called her this morning and get the same answering machine and left her a message to call me back at work and I'll be here till 4. Well its 2 and she still hasnt called back. So I called and talked to the regular ob receptionist (because you can call and talk to them, just not high risk its makes no sense I know) and she said yeah Darlene is in shes been really busy and they got a new computer system today, but she said she would check for me when she looked she said its looks like they have you scheduled for Monday the 26th at 9 first you'll have an ultrasound, then you have an app. with high risk, and then a non-stress test after that. I was like are you sure? She said yeah, whats your birthday and said yep thats what it says.  I didnt think I was supposed to have anymore ultrasounds. Im not complaining I'll take it but I just hate to get my hopes up then I get there and they say ohhh sorry we made a mistake. I really want another ultrasound. Oh well just venting....I hope shes right. Hugs Monica.
