Snowed in
Well, I went off the "wagon" the last two days. Binge eating and no exercise. I am determined to get back into it today. My goal is to hit 10k steps and eat clean Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and hopefully will see that scale go down on Sunday AM.
David is sick with a bad cold and stuffy nose. I hate to see him sick but it gives me a blessed chance to mother him, making him tea, bringing him medicine. Its a bonding thing and so the last two days have been good here.
Working from home. Thank God! We got a foot of snow yesterday and last night. I dread having to dig out. I got two pairs of texting gloves for work. I type lists of burned up belongings into an Ipad in burned up houses (outside with no heat, obviously.) They work great! I have a really big burned up house that I will be in for days, doing inventory. The temperature right now is like 10 with wind chills at -15, so we are putting it off until next week. Mrs took out her heirloom brass and silver and has been polishing. I am amazed at how well they came out!
Kona only goes where it is shoveled. I call her my Froo Froo dog. Poor Jack is from Alabama. He is also blind. So he hovers by the gate and doesn't know what snow is or that you are supposed to walk through it. Remmy LOVES the snow! Can't get that boy in!

Cute picture. I can visualize the snow balls clinging to his legs! Our dog has learned to sit down and get cleaned off. He loves the towel rub down.
We got the snow too. Glad you are able to put some things off til next week.

Well it was THREE here, with sub-zero wind chills. And this is supposed to be Dixie land! But we got only a few inches of snow so far in Richmond. Dig out, sweet cakes.
Thinking of you from N. Alberta... had -34 and so on this winter, but the last week/10 days even aboce 0, for us its t-shirt time lol I love David, honey, and pray he will be well blessed.
