snow is falling

.hi iam tonya melbourn i was born male and i am transtioning to be female i was born in 1968 latley with all the snow that has fallen i found my self a anxiety actack. it may be becuse of the lake of sleep and from the xtra work in shoviling all that snow or perhapes its becuse i dont sleep well. but all i know is i almost went in to the hosptal over this. could i be anxiuse about my transitioning? or can it be hormon related? i am on esterdot and spiderlatone
