smoking

the sad part is i started smoking again shortly after i posted i quit. i didnt know how to update my goal and still dont. so im going to tell you i have again quit. the good news is i quit sept. 8th, 2014. the bad new is i quit cause my twin daughters dad was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer june of 2014. the first of sept. 2014 he had surgery to remove everything in his throat including his voice. now he has a device that speaks for him and sounds like a robot and is very hard to understand him. he can eat many soft foods or liquids. he also has a track in his throat to help him breath. after his surgery, i quit cold turkey and doing great with very few urges
