Smiling most of the time!
Found the best way to keep positive! While putting clothes in the dryer I smile because the washer cleaned them! When taking the clothes out of the dryer, I smile because my dryer dried them! While putting clean sheets on my bed I smile thinking "I can still do this by myself!" When it starts raining I smile to myself knowing it's washing away some of the pollen and pollution in the air! And after a while I smile knowing I was happier thinking positive than when I dwelled on any negative. I'm smiling because you are my friend and took the time to say hello!

I love it Sis, I think I will try very hard to keep this journal in my mind so that I can smille over all the blessings that I have been given like the hero\'s welcome I got from my grandkids just a few minutes again that was enough to make all the other stuff worth nothing, so I am happy that I have them here and that we are all building memories together so I smile because I am young enough to know this and remember it, and be there for them when they need me. I smile because I have a friend like you, I smile because your my sister, I smile because I am still able to read this and be your Sis, I smile because life is not so bad today, I smile because my Mom is still well and I can call her, I smile because I got to see my big sister and it all went well, I smile because you wrote this and brought a smile to my face, I love you Sis, Kacey
