Small Victories
Yesterday, I was able to change the sheets and bedding all by myself! To a normal person this may sound silly but to people like us, it is a major improvement.
The down side was I thought I pulled a muscle or broke a rib so we went to the walk in this morning. Thankfully, it's just a sore muscle.
Ray has had a big victory. They used stem cells on his wound and after at least 10 years, he can feel his foot. The neuropathy has been so bad that he has no feeling in his foot or his fingers. I wonder if they could do something to bring back the feeling in his hands?
We see the wound care doctor on Tuesday.

I am so impressed. Changing sheets is something I haven\'t done in a year. Well, not that they are still the same, Les does it for me, lol. Way to go!
Also so happy for Ray. Keep us posted.
That is not a SMALL victory! It is huge! I too haven\'t been able to do that for at least 3 years. My poor husband has to. I think your news is fantastic!
