Slowly Getting Better

I'm feeling a bit better today... I got a good night's sleep last night, 11 hours. It's less than my normal 12, but I felt good all day and took a 2 hour nap. I went grocery shopping for the weekend and managed to spend only $31.00. I love Aldi, their prices are great, but they have so many things that I see and I want. I was bad and got chocolate covered gingerbread cookies and peppermint ice cream. I keep on wanting coffee, so I picked up a little one there. It didn't keep me from napping at least.
Speaking of napping and sleep, I've been having a lot easier time with sleep lately. It might be the new meds. I can normally fall asleep within 20 minutes of lying down, instead of hours. I used to have really bad insomnia, but the pills have conquered it. I had to use klonopin last night to go to sleep for the first time in a while. I have been having a bit of trouble with waking up in the middle of the night, but I can deal with that. I just take some klonopin as well, but only after lying in bed for a half hour. I don't want to take it too quickly if I can fall asleep on my own.
It's looking like I'm back to losing weight again. I stepped on the scale and it said I'm  213.4 pounds instead of the 214-218 that I've been for the past couple of months. I've been eating crap, but crap in small doses. That, and my stomach's been hurting so I can't eat a lot of things. I went to the store today to get milk and granola for breakfast... we will see how the stomach handles that in the morning. I have leftover chicken fried rice for lunch tomorrow (if I don't eat it tonight). It was good, though.
