Slowly but Surely

Exercising sections of my body that are not working is doing the trick.  Activating nerves that have not worked for a while does not feel good, but feeling in those areas is very good to have.  I have so much more to go, but it is a good start.  It's not like it can improve over night, but improvment is an improvment.  Exercise is work, work, work, so only you can motivate yourself.

So true, only one person can motivate ourselves to do what we have to.
