Slowing down but staying up

With this new way of life it's seems to be an up and down ride of emotions at times .Deep in my heart soul I know this is a much better way to iive .Bt there are days I still wanna have that beer or wine and return to my old ways . Today I will start to put up my christmas decorations ,,I always have enjoyed that ,,but it will be with a cup of coffee or tea this year .Winter is in the air ,, need to find those gloves and hat.
