slow today

I am kinda worried about my dog. Although she hasn't had a seizure since sunday morning, she seems kind of listless and depressed. She never wants to play and she tries not to get excited.  I don't know if thats a common thing after having a seizure.
I didn't run this morning because it was raining but I could have gone in the rain or after the rain but I just didn't have my heart into it.  It's almost like I feel something negative is gonna happen and I am mentally getting ready for the next letdown. 
I cancelled my doctors appt for this afternoon because I want to make sure my dog is out of the woods before I leave her alone.  I rescheduled for later this month in about 3 weeks. That kinda depressed me because I had alot to talk about with her but it will just have to wait, thats all.
I think I'll use my tens on my legs today. They feel like they wanna run but it's the rest of my body that's holding them back.
My wife gave me my butt shot today and it didn't hurt which worries me. It suppose to hurt if she hits the muscle. I hope she didn't miss. Ahhh well. I ordered some longer needles for the next time. That'll work!
