SLIPPING
So...yeah.....today when i get backfrom church with some clients this guy that is suspected to be messing around with my wife comes in for work on his day off for some reason, And on top of that they switched her days off to his same days off and thats worrying the hell outta me now.....but she asked me to talk to my boss and see if i can get my one day off switched to one of hers atleast so i guess that could be a good sign, But i just dont know what to do or who to go to now, It feels like i cant trust anyone now. Ive found a house for rent but its owned by a very religious couple and im far from that so thats not a good idea for me to go with. all ive been wanting to do all day is go grab a bat and tear this motherfucker up and leaving him with all that pain and letting him know that he is nothing to me and will NEVER mess with another motherfuckers wife EVER AGAIN if he's even doing it now as i have zero proof as to the " rumor " But i feel so damned pent up with rage that i cant help but to visualize all of this on a daily basis and i cant fucking stop it and that in itself is driving me even further to the edge and its like i cant pull myself back from it. I have no idea what to do or how to do it.

*hugs* I don\'t really have advice or anything but I\'m thinking of you. And I\'m here to listen if you want to talk.
Sean... I want to offer advice but then I don\'t. I don\'t know you and I am certainly not part of your marriage so it\'s really not anyone\'s place. I am a married women and my marriage has gone through it too... You are suffering... worrying, stressing... not feeling able to trust, not eating, etc. That\'s a horrible place to be! I am so sorry. I will advice you not to physically do anything to anyone... that might make you feel better for like... minuets. But in the long run would only add to your problems. You don\'t want to sit in jail or have a criminal record. I realize you want to protect her but you stated you don\'t know the truth, yet. I am praying for you my friend. I hope you and your wife can talk this out... honestly. Gaining trust back takes time and work. Both parties have to work towards it. I know. (((big hugs)))
Many hugs to you Sean, I know this is a very confusing and difficult time for you. Sixty is right, the violent end will only do more harm... you wont feel well for any extended length of time, and worse even if you feel it\'s justified the courts wont see it that way. Stay strong. Don\'t give into that temptation or any other temptation that will harm you or the situation. You\'re better than that. Power to you and may you find the answers you seek.
Thx guys, Things are starting to get better as i believe that i suffer from paranoia as well and now that im back on my haldol im starting to feel alot better about the situation.
