Sleepy Sunday
I have had to Sleepy Episodes today. In fact I may be falling to sleep anytime now. Just wanted to jot down that I need to check into Xyrem, and maybe suggest to Rheumy next time I see her - 2nd thought I should also scheduale a accupuncture treament for the same day. Got to go lay down now!

I hope u feel better! I agree that you need to talk to your Dr.... What\'s xyrem???
Xyrem is a medication used for narcolepsy, you have to take it while you are in bed because it acts so fast. It is suppose to put you into deep restorative sleep. All 4 sleep studies that I have had done have shown that I do not get into stage 4 sleep, and that is where the body regenerates itself.
