Sleep
I need sleep! I haven't slept a full night in a couple of weeks. Sometimes, I can't get to sleep, while other times I can't stay asleep, waking up at 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. And other times I can't sleep at all. There are several things to blame. The temperature in my bedroom is around 85 when I go to bed. Still having problems with social security and disability. And lately, I've gotten an allergy that has stuffed my nose to capacity. I've got a multiple choice quiz and don't know the answer. Allergy pills aren't working so my nose runs all day, filling the waste basket with tissues. It dries up at night, but its hard to breath through my cpap mask. Sleeping pills haven't helped. Sometimes, I can doze during the day and it helps, but its not enough. Its gotten so bad that when I dream, I dream about trying to sleep! You'd figure being retired would ease things. Not doing much so far. The sandman is skipping my house. Can someone tell him where I live?

I have sleep problems from the stress of this crisis. I nap and when I take enough naps I seem to get enough sleep. It has been months since I had a good nights sleep. I don\'t give it much thought any longer as there are so many other pressing concerns to focus on.
If you \'bump\' into the sandman, after he finishes with you send him my way. LOL

Get your Dr to prescribe Rhinocort nose spray for your nose. It works really well! Just make sure you hold the opposite nostril and breath in while you squirt into the other!
