Skinny bitch philosophies

Well I've read and begun to implement a lot of the SKINNY BITCH .... which is a book that informs and is vegan at it's core. I'm already vego so that's no problem but it's useful to know what stuff - and I do mean stuff  as in much of un-identifyable content - that is in many popular products. I've tried to go more organic, and already i've been eating more fruits and nuts and watching the way i'm eating because i've been informed. It's helping - but I'm not restricting myself completely, I'm trying to forget about quick weight loss which I so desperately want but allow myself the organic dark chocolate fair trade.... and the hot cocoa or bread wrap if I want it late at night or whenever. This way I'm at least starting out at wise choices, wrapping my mind around things and then going from there. It's a bit of a different take.. but I think the binge'ing is calming down when my mind set isn't so much to restrict myself and get skinny. Anyway... felt I should say something on here.. to myself and just proclaim that it's OKay to eat wisely and eat lots as long as It's well informed and not overboard.  I'm also realising how it's all so much to do with looking after myself from the inside out. I've even taken a liking to aromotherapy which I'd never bothered to look into before but my passion for understanding how to look after myself is igniting and that is something that's only going to help me overcome and be a winner, and be slimmer!!!!   Back to the gym this week now that my back is improving...  spirit.
