Skate time

We found a new outdoor rink not far from home ,,how neat is that ,,, has lights night time as well ,,,, we lasted for 2 hrs ,,well I lasted 2 hrs ,,, my son would still be going if he had his way ,,,,this will be good ,,, and its free ,, can't really beat that.
This week i was able to walk 20 miles towards my fitness goals ,which was better than last week and the week before ,,,, positive cahnges ,,,,,,,keep them going.
