Sitting on the Brick Wall

Weight: 244.0
This is it.  This is the brick wall I fought so hard to break through with Positive Changes.  I fought for a year and never broke through it.  Instead, it broke me.  I gave up and gained almost every single pound back.  Out of 72 pounds lost I gained all but 9 pounds.  And here I am again trying desperately not to repeat history.
My strategy this time around is to try to convince my mind that it not a wall at all.  The mind is a powerful tool and it will create what you tell it to.  If I think it's a wall, it will be a wall that I will sit on until, like Humpty Dumpty, I fall off and break.  Last time I bounced around from 242-244 for an entire year.  Now I must deal with the fear of the wall, the fall, and never getting beyond it.
For a week I have bounced around 242.8-245.  Sound familiar?  I have exercised to the point of barely being able to move I am so sore.  FEAR.  False Evidence Appearing Real.  There is no wall.  There never was.  Except in my mind and therefore created in my life.  I need to stay OFF the scale and trust the process!
