sinuses are severly acting up

they woke me up and then i had like a 10 or 15 snease attack 
and now im feeling stuffy and sick  and tired  and dinnzz and have a headech and i feel miserable w/ my sinises it got so bad at one poit last night it effected my ability to talk not becase i was stuttering it was becase i was so cungested in my nose i had to talk a litte funny sounding becase  of so much congestion in the nose
