sinus pressure......

i woke up this morning with a massive headache.....my nose is, like, all stuffed up....i blowing green and my ears are killing me....they are so sore when i blow my nose....the pain is so severe that i literally bend over in pain and hold my ear....the antibiotic that i'm on doesn't seem to be working so i'm kind of frustrated at that.....i'm feeling so tired and just so miserable.....i wanna eat because i feel like i should be hungry but i have little to no appetite.....i feel like i need to make myself eat.....i kind of need to.....i can't restrict....that's a recipe for disaster
