All in all, the trailer is a worthy purchase and would buy from them again. The towball coupling hitch screw thread was never adjustable immediately from purchase . The rear right bearing needed tightening immediately from purchase or it would have been significantly damaged before I got home. We paid about $3200 and we very happy with the price given that everywhere else wanted between $6k and $7.5k for the same. I went to Trailers Direct in Mooloolaba & talked to Mike there. He was very easy to talk to, no pressure saling, he let his product talk for itself, and answered any question I threw at him.

Went home to do some measurements and rang them back to say which one I wanted. To my shock, I was able to go straight back and the trailer was set up, registered and ready to go. Trailers Direct is the best trailer company on the coast. The whole proses was so smooth and hassle free. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes. The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option.
