simply a bad day

Well as I thought as of yesterday my fiancee was coming home today well that changed because when his pcp was in this morning he was listening to lungs and he had a bad coughing spell the dr said im not going to release you because of this bad cough you still have...  So he called me to tell me that & the dr also said he was going to talk with the pulmonary dr to see what he thought about sending my fiancee for a test not sure what test....  well when he was on the phone with me to tell me that he wasnt coming home the pcp came back in and mentioned about sending him to physical therapy so with that said I had to bring up my fiancee;s prosthetic leg well i told him im going to take the dog out then when we come back in from her walk i'd get his prosthetic and shoe together & be on my way up...  i did all that was on my way up to the hospital (which the hospital is 10 mins away from where we live) half way there to the hospital my temperature gauge started going up to H.....  I was able to pull over into a bar's parking lot thankfully there was 2 guys in the parking lot that I asked if they could help me they said sure....  here the one guy was my one cousins ex...  they helped me put more antifreeze in the car they noticed it was coming out from the wheel well before they had added more in there..  well they thought i'd be ok to continue up to the hospital but i called my fiancee to tell him what was going on & that i wasnt comfortable coming the rest of the way up there that i was going to go straight home so he said let me call our friend to see if she can bring u up when u get back i was like ok well i proceeded to head back home well the temperature gauge started again to go to H luckily this time on the way back there was an automotive garage that i pulled into their lot called him again to tell him he said turn off the car pop & open the hood then go into the garage to see if they can help u out..  i went in to see if they could help me they said yes (boy was I relieved) the only thing I had to do was wait for the one mechanic to get back from lunch.....  so i waited in the meantime my fiancee got a hold of our friend she came up to where i was got my fiancees prosthetic to take up to him i asked her to please come back cause i didnt know if how much it would be & that i might need a ride to his bank to get money out although i had my bank card on me....  she was like yeah sure.....  well they got to look at my car here the only thing that was wrong was the clamp for the hose for the radiator had rusted & busted in half but was still hanging on by a thread.....  they replaced it took it for a test run and said after replacing it and test running it that it was so I should be fine.....  well my friend came back as i was finishing up paying them and told her what they said & if she could follow me home she was said yeah of course so she did that it (my car was fine then) but she pulled in behind me asked me if i wanted to go out to run errands with her i did cause i needed to go to a few places to get a few things as well.....  she wouldnt take any money for gas from me she said if that was me & i needed help i know u would help me out.....  i said well at least lets stop at the one convience store so that i can buy her a frozen mocha drink she ok....  but although I am greatful for everyone that had helped me out today just cant believe how bad of a day it was just glad it didnt cost that much to get that simple thing fixed and that the garage was able to help me out & didnt turn me away i was in tears and my anxiety & stress was up....  was going to wash clothes but the laundry room here in the building was full so i decided to come back to my apt & relax going to try to take a nap for a bit...
