Silly, Silly me
Silly, silly me! I have 7 prescriptions that I have to take,,2 for blood pressure,,,2 pee pills,,,an antidepressant,,1 for cholesteral,,,and 1 for diabetes(oh, that's right. The doc took me off that one.). They come in bottles that only a kid under five can open, and those wonderful blister packs that take a pair of pliers to pull out. Whenever one or two of them get low, I put them on the computer desk to remind me to call Walmart for refills. Well, one of the blister packs was getting low and I called it in. When I went by to pick it up today, they said it was too early for a refill. That surprised me. When I get a refill, I put it on a shelf if any is left in the old container. I was concerned, not wanting to run out of those fabulous pee pills and when I got home, I noticed a lonely little bottle on the shelf. They were the pee pills which was a surprise since they've been coming in a blister pack. Guess I'll have to check the writing so I'll notice the container change. Silly, silly me.

I know what you mean about the bottles and packages being so difficult to open these days. Grrrrr. LOL. And if you are silly, then I have to confess that I am a member of the silly club too, because I\'ve called in prescriptions too close for refill. Mine are usually lost in the cabinet and I have \"forgotten\" that I had called them in recently. Oh well! Such is life.

It used to kill me that the anti-nausea pills (Of ALL things!) was in a blister pack - Here you are in the throes of throwing up your guts - a REAL \"Ho=Heav-Ho\" to keep from \'Dumping\' & you can\'t get the doggone things even OPEN! Go figger! That was one of worst things about having my Gastric Bypass Surgery - Dealing with the meds! Thank My Dear Lord I am over them now!! And Foxys - maybe enough ppl complained about the packaging that tyhey changed-up the \'contained-ment\'!!

That is something all of us are prone to. We adjust to how things \'are\' and then they \'change\' and it throws us.
