Silence everywhere,except within my mind
Good morning journal, the time is 10:00am,I have been awake for almost two hours now,but I spent some time replying to messages before coming here to you.Two days after Christmas, the silence continues;everywhere except within my mind.Yesterday was another day in which very little was said, yet within my mind, there were conversations going on that were unheard in any world but my own.My wife again, was understandably, and justifiably, irritable, and sometimes outwardly hostile towards me,my silence rousing her to anger on several occasions. The whispers in my head, are beginning to interfere more and more with my ability to function, even in a reduced capacity, and my inability to communicate with those around me,because of my struggle to think clearly,is profoundly annoying.I tire so easily these days,my body left feeling exhausted by my physical illness, and by the sheer mental effort required just to control my thought process enough to think and function as myself. My writing seems to be my sole remaining means of any sensible communication with the outside world;but even that is becoming harder to manage as time goes by,I no longer understand fully what is happening to me;I have a million questions, but sadly no answers as yet.My journal entries are becoming shorter each day,as I struggle to maintain control of my mind, independent of thoughts and instructions that are seemingly not my own;and I wonder what will become of me if my writing becomes too difficult,or even impossible,to continue as I am now.I grow weary journal,so it is time to leave you now,to rest and recharge, and to try and get through this day;may God walk with us both, till tomorrow then my friend, peace go with us.
