Silence

Coming from a large family and then having 3 kids and animals in my own house for 30 years the noise level was always high.  My hubby and I were just starting to appreciate the quiet now that the kids were grown and mostly gone.  Just the two of us.  Now that it's just me I hate the silence.  We always talked.  My hubby always had a story to tell and 99% of the time it ended in a laugh.  I always said that's what I loved most about my Randy, that he made me laugh all the time.  My life was so happy.  Now it's filled with sadness and silence.  I miss you honey.
