Signs of the End Times - Middle East in Prophesy

Matthew 16:3 and in the morning, 'Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.' You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times. Jeremiah 10:2  This is what the LORD says:        "Do not learn the ways of the nations        or be terrified by signs in the sky,        though the nations are terrified by them.Jeremiah 32:20 You performed miraculous signs and wonders in Egypt and have continued them to this day, both in Israel and among all mankind, and have gained the renown that is still yours. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.2 Thessalonians 2:3 Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for (that day will not come) until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. Romans 15:4 For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. Romans 15:12 And again, Isaiah says,    "The Root of Jesse will spring up,       one who will arise to rule over the nations;    the Gentiles will hope in him." Romans 11:26-27 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written:    "The deliverer will come from Zion;       he will turn godlessness away from Jacob. And this is my covenant with them       when I take away their sins." ---The conference began with an emphasis on 2008 being the year of change. Dr. Randall Price is a professor of Biblical Archeology, Terrorism, and Middle East Politics, his emphasis is that Israel is the prophetic key. From the beginning efforts of the formation of the Israeli State, the following has been the stance taken by the people occupying the land, prior to 1948: Israelis - expressed the desire for 2 states for 2 people.Palestinians - expressed the desire for 1 state for 1 people, anti-israeli sentiment. Signs of Prophesy being fulfilled while observing Middle East Process: 1. Deception - reference to Mohammad deceiving his own tribe, justification celebrated in own Muslim tradition. Islam vs Infidels. 2. World Domination - emphasis to irradication of non-islamic states, Iran originally known as Persia, modern name derivative of Aryan, simpathized with Nazi superiority doctrine. 3. Global Warfare - Reference to Islamic terrorism, Russian interest in the Middle East to benefit from Oil wealth, Israels concerns over Iranian nuclear development, Israel standing alone. 4. Nations against Israel - Current Peace Processes unsuccessful, burden being placed on Israel to concede land when previous concessions have increased attacks upon Israel rather than ensure peace. Judgement upon the nations for standing against Israeli interest. 5. Conflict over Jerusalem - Dome of the Rock prohibitions political rather than religious, supporters of Islam granted access to Dome regardless (necessarily) of background. Reference was made to the National Intelligence Director's comments on Iran's interest in the development of nuclear weapons, here is the link http://www.dni.gov/interviews/20080226_interview.pdf , go to page 7 to read on Iran. Islamic clerics have used references from the Koran to alledge that Jews and Christians are descendants of Apes & Pigs. I found this link that addresses this reference, http://memri.org/bin/articles.cgi?Page=archives&Area=sr&ID=SR01102 , particularly chapters 1, 2, & 3.  Concerns and caution over this years presidential election and what the candidates stand for was presented, the Middle East Peace Process as an effort by our presidential leaders past, present & future were expressed. Sympathy to the Islamic agenda at Israels expense bringing up concerns regarding God's judgement upon this nation. During the conference I tried to outline the information so that I would be able to refer back to it, presentations were timed in about 1 hour for each speaker whom included slides and verbal information.
