side effects of stopping anti d meds

Yep, seems i'm damned if i do and damned if i don't.  But i have to be off them for the sleep tests.  I have nausia and light headedness.  I have been crying on and off for the past 4 days. Sometimes i feel better after a bout sometimes not.  Ability to think and to co ordinated my fingers to type has been declining almost daily,  have to retype half of what i write.  Very timeconsuming and frustrating.  I already did this post once and lost it on the last sentince.  One more week til the sleep study, i just keep hanging in.
