Side Effects from Day 1 of Treatment

Here are some first session side effects:About 4 hours after the treatment I got a scratchy throat and my voice was slightly hoarse. Sucking on a cough drop helped.The day after, I felt the ‘scratchy eyes’ side affect the literature talks about. I am going to get some eye spray for that.One thing I didn’t mention is that during treatment, you need to drink half your weight in ounces of water. For me that’s 100 ounces – that is a challenge to get down. I have two 1.5 liter bottles that I’ll use to measure that.I’m also somewhat constipated – don’t know if that’s because of the treatment.
