Sickness

I've been in hospital twice during the last month. For vomitting up weird black stuff, blood and not being able to keep anything down. At one point not even water would stay down. It was horrible and I really felt like I was dying. The hospital rehydrated me, pumped me with paracetamol and released me both times. Turns out I have oesophagitis which in turn has caused my stomach to swell, meaning I can't sleep or really eat. I'm just about managing water but it could all go downhill again. Apparently they can't do anything, I just have to wait it out. It's been nearly a month. A month! My body has been fine up until now, I thought I had escaped the deadly after effect of my bypass but apparently not. I feel sleepy and thirsty most of the time and I can't do a damn thing about it. This really really sucks. I just hope and pray it'll end soon - this quality of life doesn't seem worth living.
