Sick. Ugh.

Woke up coughing continuously this morning.   Sigh.  My husband has been sick for 5 days.  Thought I had escaped it, but guess not.  I was coughing a bit yesterday, but thought they were sympathy coughs.  I frequently get a tickle in my throat if someone else is coughing a lot.  Head feels a bit stuffy this morning, but mostly just a constant cough as feel like a hair is in my throat all the time.
Was going to be so grateful when today was over that I survived Thanksgiving weekend.  My youngest was nasty a few times, but I basically stayed away from him.  My oldest was over a couple times and I always enjoy his company.   Watched his fiancé sew on her wedding dress most of the weekend and went out to a store with her on Black Friday to buy more fabric.   I never go to stores on Black Friday, but enjoyed a bit of time just her and I.
My middle son came over with his girl to help put up lights and although no one else helped I was so incredibly grateful they took the time.  I missed them on Thanksgiving, but know they had a nice day alone together so it is ok.
Went dancing Friday night, which was so so.  People too tired, hubby sick and we just don't know enough of the dances and no lessons.   Still wasn't too bad, danced some and there is talk of going again so guess others had a good time.
Saturday was quiet and I was actually able to sit down and read.   I find I am too restless most of the time to do that.  Of course was very tired from being out dancing so dragging most of the day, but enjoyed the down time.
Sure wish I wasn't getting sick.   This week is going to be a long one if I get any worse.   Took medication and some herbals to shorten colds and crossing my fingers.
