sick sick sick

I have been sick as a dog for 2 days. Not morning sickness but sore throat congested sneezy runny nose sick. It has knocked me on mu butt. I went to the doctors yesterday and he said since im pregnant i need to tuff it out. So thats what i have been doing and almost died doing it. I have not taken anythingmore thant simple tylonal. Last year when i was pregnant i got sick like this and I took a whole lot of OTC meds that r supose to be safe for pregnancy. like tylonal cold and flu. Even though the doctors said it didnt i always thought it is what made me misscarry. So im not taking anything. I go tomorrow to see the baby's heart beat and i am really scared. They have not been able to see it yet and the last ultra sound was at 5w5d. Tomorrow i will be 7w1d. So if there is one they will see it. Im worried because when they did the last ultra sound my HGC was at 34000. And they still didnt see a heart beat and you are supose to see one if the numbers are over 30k. But if i am having twins then you wouldnt because thats the number for 2 babies. I think after tomorrow i will be much happier to see the little heart beat. I have been dog tired this week and all i have done is sleep. I think it will be more realistic to me once we see the heart beat.
