Sick and tired

Never thought I'd say it but I'm reducing my medications. I hate being 46 and fat. 4 months ago I reduced my seroquel from 150mg to 25mg a day.
In the last month I have stopped : Lamictal 25mg / Epilim (Valpro) 1000mg
I have halved Lexapro from 20mg to 10mg
So only on 25 mg seroquel and 10 mg of lexapro
Distended belly has already been relieved but head feels full of cotton wool and lightheaded.

Sorry, forgot to mention that another reason for reducing meds is because my kidney function is down to 17% and I want to know if thats why I\'m tired all the time or is it the medications.
