Shower

Just taking a shower uses all of my energy.  I have to recharge my batteries for a half a hour when I get out.  I have to always eat right.  I am using much less energy now and so I have to watch my calorie intake.  I know someone who had a stroke and when he got out of the hospital he blowed up like a baloon, I don't want that to happen to me.

I know what you mean completely. Taking a shower for me used to be a daunting task. I was completely exhausted when I was through. Lately, it has been fine and I don\'t know why. It seems my fatigue fluctuates, sometimes I have it and sometimes I don\'t. Who the hell knows? And yes, I definitely watch what I eat. I gained weight for awhile but lost a bunch over the months. MS is challenging in so many ways. You just have to find your happy medium.

That is what I have heard is that some of the systems in the brain are rebuilding, I also can\'t believe how many vitamins I take everyday, and also exercise is good. I have improved my energy by three times so far, I have more to go.

Yeah, showers are the same for me, I hate it. I do not do a lot during the day right now because of the weather, but my intake of calories and fat is very low.
I love that I can exercise still and be healthy.
From reading your journals I think you are doing a good job. Keep it up!

There is a gramatical error in there thet I should have initially seen. Both of my parents are or were teachers. When I make a mistake like that, I can hear a little voice in my head of mom or dad.
