shots, anal glands, mangos, and church

i took the kittens to their 3rd set of shots and that's it, as far as vet appts go for em, except when they have to get fixed.after that all they got left is annuals. boy they have gotten so big! the vet was so amazed at how healthy they are now compared to when i 1st took em in.  Silver's anal gland busted again... that's like the 3rd time in 4 months! and it's the same one every time. i spoke to the vet again and she put him back on antibiotics. she said that if it keeps getting like this then they may have to surgically remove it. aww man... poor guy! he's tired of seeing those vets! and for another surgery? he just had bladder surgery earlier this year! gee... i really feel for the guy. it's been raining today from storm Felicia and it will continue to rain thru tomorrow. but no flooding so far, not much high winds either. it's a nice break from all that heat we had! besides, we really needed the rain, it's been so dry. i baked banana nut bread again, but this time we doubled the recipe so i'd have more of it too eat! lol! yes i know, i'm supposed to be on a diet, but this stuff isn't bad for your health and it's so darn goood!!! YUMMY! somehow i think i may have lost a bit of weight becasue some of my clothes feel looser now. that's good, right? but like i said last time, i will make mango bread next, we have tons of em now! speaking of which, we have some necterines in the fridge, i should go make some mango necterine smoothies! mmmm.....  oh and one last thing... mom and Sonnie have become really religious lately. they've been going to church like every other day and some times 2x a day. they keep trying to push me to go to church with them. but i can't handle events or things like church. it's too loud and i can't sit for 2-3 hrs, it hurts! that's one of the reasons i started my Saturday morning Bible study. but Sonnie said if i son't start going to church with him then he won't come to the Bible study. i was pretty hurt by this. but after thinking it over, it's really his problem not mine. anyways, thanks all my friends for being there! you all are so great!
