Shot # 3
Thrid shot went good just woke up about 3am with that freak'in headache. I felt good by mid afternoon, Then we got busy at FD and was called in, I ran about 8 calls and pushed my self way to hard in the heat it's was 105 in Texas Saturday ended up going back home sick with a fever. Hit the bed about 10pm couldn't get out of bed till about 4pm Sunday . I guess I have found my limit. "LoL" But still not going to let this crap control me.

No, you are in control...........JUST LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.................go WITH it....not against it. It took me to shot 5 or so to figure that out.

Do you take a couple of extra strength tylenols, before you shot?
If not you should, most people do, as per Doctor\'s order.
Try not to push yourself to hard, you wouldn\'t want the dragon to win this war.
You need to focus on every aspect of this journey, and listen to your body.
