shopped for animal supplies//checked the animals at the other house//50 degrees at night

the guy that robbed k's house TWO weeks in a row, is out of jail already.   not even a month?  i can tell you why.   he is white.  that is why.  if he was black he'd be in state prison.  he had just gotten off probation for something else in 2014 and now he is on supervised population which is probation and an ankle bracelet?  i'm guessing here, until 2017.  this is sickening.  there is a dog at the humane society that looks exactly like his dog.  wonder if it is?  the first time he robbed him, he brought his dog with him and the second time, he didn't have the dog with him, when normally he always has his dog, so something was up.  
the ASA (assistant state attorney) called me and she says, she is on the case and a guy ASA as well, because the cases were filed separately and its out of her hands anyway because the system is "scored".  each count carries a score and then they total it up and tell you your sentence.  DO THEY? hmmmm.  since he has like TEN felonies, what kind of score does it take for actual prison.  this is why ordinary people end up dead and criminals keep walking away.  only difference is this particular criminal doesn't wear suits as his ordinary attire, and that is rare for a criminal.  lol. 
 
i think someone is hacking into my facebook account.  the entire "notes" section is gone now.  though everyone has trouble with the new formats, but everyone else still has notes and mine is gone.  so time to change the password and then that will get hacked?  what a weird hobby hackers have.  why not get a life and stay out of other people's lives.  
stopped at the other house as the sun was rising, the master bedroom is all cleaned up, nice job.  looked in on the animals and all is well.  one still has a cold and the declawed one meows a LOT.  really likes attention. 
rn has her kittens in with a vaporizer she just bought at walgreens.  good idea. 
its chilly out at night.  but still nice and warm during the day.  the heat at 76 is warm enough at night, though up north i still have it at 81.  the long furred calico that wasn't around, moved closer, she is hiding in the cupboard in the kitchen which is where we had looked in the beginning.  she let me pet her, so an improvement.  she can go at her own pace, its two weeks of hiding so far.  the manx kittens should go in for adoption, if that one would get well.  saw morris as well.  she says he's doing great.  he still looks skinny to me. 
shopped for animal supply.  went to dmv to see if the paperwork is wrapped up.  will have to go back again if they don't get it together.  are title companies inside dealerships always this bad?  k said toyota did everything FOR him and he didn't have to do anything.  that is what i was looking for.  seriously.  the transfer and registration is only $110 because i already paid over $80 for ordinary registration of the same tag for the camry in the summer.  otherwise its more.  i still don't get that.  i thought if you have your own tag then its the ordinary amount and nothing more.  doesn't make sense to me and i also heard that the prices of registration went down in september.  so something is wrong?   the man at dmv guessed it would be about $63.   but it has to be done through the dealership and dmv by their dealership told them a different price.  very odd.  its easier to buy a car from a person (and hopefully its nothing fishy) and then bring over the title and be done with it all.  i also heard buying from an auction can be good, except there isn't any mechanical guarantee.  that is where all the dealers get their cars. 
nice to be in a smaller car again.  yay.  just started "then again"  which is diane keaton's memoir.   she adopted two children when she was 50 and 55 and at the same time her mother had gotten alzheimers and was totally losing it.  she is interesting, her family growing up is also interesting and extreme.  her kids are teenagers now.  the book is a first edition.
