she emailed me
I checked my email just now. Got an email from her. "I'm Sorry" was all she wrote. It has been 19 days since NO CONTACT. I guess she is feeling a whole lot of guilt. My friends and family said not to respond. I responded. Don't be sorry. Live your life how you want. Love who you want. Where is my ring? You said you were mailing it to me 20 days ago. That was my response. Man her email has sent me way back in my recovery process. I feeling even more broken today then ever. Why would she email me at all. Why can't she just send me back my ring and leave me alone. I have totally left her alone. Any suggestions my friends.

A real man does cry. A least a man who is alive! Society has conditioned our men to think that they need to stay strong. I\'m a believer that in order for you to move on, you need to process the emotions, feelings, thoughts inherent in being betrayed, strung along, abandoned, and cheated on. Not so long ago I experienced the process. To be exact December 7, 2014. I though about my ex and the though of him repulsed me. How can one go from having been in love with an individual to hating who that person turned out to be. I do not question. I\'m just glad that I\'m healed to the point that I had the courage to text him and tell him what a horrible human being he is and may God spare the woman he winds up with. Closure for me. You too my friend will get to that point. In order for that to happen, you need to be with your feelings.
Forgot to mention, difficult as it may be to conceptualize, you will come out strong out of this experience. Focus on you and what you need to do to move on. Disregard her emails. You do not need to accept her apologies. You are not absolving her from responsibility. It\'s not about her. It\'s about you!
Sadbutrue you have my sympathy, bro. I wish she did not have the power to cause such pain in you. I have faith you will get back your life and heart, regardless of whether or not she returns your ring. Best of wishes to you. Keep us updated.
