Huh!! The minute I got on this site this morning, I clicked on my friend Ann M journal. It always has amazed me how God works in mysterious ways...Ann's story was my 1st read.. I believe it was mean't for me to read.. In different words, it is my life also, with the shame, and the quilt, the fears in life which can run our life. Bottom line FEAR...It Of course not asking for HELP, is a biggy for me too..FEAR is in every fiber of my body, I was astonished reading her story, I felt as though she had written about ME..LOL, ya it was amazing...
I am soooo glad I met this women, she has opened up my heart!!!I have been struggling with every fiber in my body, to do this very same thing, tell my story!!...I think this is why I've been so depressed in this stage of my grieving process.. It has been a little over 4years for me, and I have hit a brick wall or something.. I need to open up, tell all my mishaps, get it all OUT, cleanse my soul...I have to let my life go, forgive myself 1st..Right!!!
Now I will use Ann's strength as a channel of GOD... I shall trust & believe in doing so...(writting my story)...Please God Help me write out my story. I don't want FEAR run my life anymore. I want to help, and do Gods work, Please guide Me. Amen.
Thank you AnnM, for sharing your story, Love & Tight Hugs, KellyLee105

I have not read AnnM\'s journal, but you have taken a big step along the path of healing with your sharing. The opposite of love is not hate, it is fear. It is merely a thought that is not in the light. Worry, is using your imagination to create something that you do not want.
Fear can be a survival tool, it can serve a purpose, especially givien what we have endured. But just as all experience is our teacher, we then must listen and learn.
Awakening is a magnificent process, embrace it and walk through the fear, for there is freedom behind that door.
Love and light, Rebecca

\"Do not be anxious for anything but in everything, with prayer and thanksgiving, make your requests known to God and He will give you peace that passes all understanding to guide your heart and mind in Jesus Christ.\" Philipians 4:6,7

I pray you can get past any fear....because the Bible tells us that fear is not from God but from the devil. I hope you have the courage to write your story so others can be inspired, as I am when I read your journal and comments. Love to you...dale, brandon\'s mom

I too am proud of you Kelly. I have faith that you will continue your journey with courage & strength, not fear. (Well maybe a little fear). But you will overcome it and reap more love in its place. This site is such a blessing as we all grow & continue to learn from each other. Love to you & Ryan, Linda

Kelly, I truly believe these things happen when we are ready. Ann\'s entry came at the perfect right time for you. I learned in Al-Anon that fear stands for False Evidence Appearing Real.\" This has helped me as I struggle with it too. I suspect this will be huge for you in your process of healing and moving forward in your life. You sound empowered and ready. Lots of love and gentleness your way. Joanie

Kelly,
I have not read Ann M words.Had I known this was your problem, as your look alike counselor, I would have told you that forgiveness is key. I used to journal that a lot and also responded in other moms journals that saying out loud \" I forgive you Richard and I forgive myself for anything I did or did not do\". That my dear was the start of me turning around and feeling something lift off me and I was able to move forward. It takes a while but if you live those words then it works. Hugs, Inga

Dear Kelly,
I am glad that it feels like the right time and thing for you to do: tell your story.
You wrote it exactly the way I did in one of my journals: I have to \"get it OUT\".
If I can give you a little advice: I will take that as a yes (smile)~~ don\'t go too quickly. Pace yourself, and give yourself time to think and \"come back to the present\" between entries. Often if you go too fast, it can take over like a steamroller and you end up getting sick. Literally. Dizzy, seriously nauseous, needing to, lets see, how do I put this delicately; needing to hurl chunks, it can be a very sickening kaleidoscopic roller-coaster ride of flashbacks if you let it all come pouring out at once.
Enough of being Dr. Gale Sue (my bill will be in the mail by the way),my intent was most certainly not to deter you. I truly hope that this endeavor brings you release from some of the built up pain and garbage in your life. Brings you much deserved peace.
Your new friend,
Gale Sue

Ann\'s journal was amazing. She is an amazing woman. She llet herself be vulnerable and that took great courage. We are human and should never be ashamed. I heard a wonderful quote... \"There is never disgrace in falling down, the disgrace is in just lying there.\" I have also heard that faith and fear cannot co-exist. Perhaps when you have felt that you have no faith is when your fear is at it\'s greatest. When you\'re ready, take a leap of faith and let your fears go and journal what\'s in your heart. You can always keep your journal private and still feel that cleansing feeling and soothe your soul. Sending love and hugs. Robin

Kelly, thanks for your input on my journal...sometimes when I write, I write blindly...I just write emotionally...I have to get it out or...(who knows???).
But you are so right...FEAR is key...is it holding us back from finding our joy?
And I want you to know, that I do feel better...just like tears have to come in our grief...everytime I cry I feel so much lighter in my heart and spirit...Admitting to others...no CONFESSING to others in my journal & receiving feedback has been so healing for me...like a test run! lol Now when I speak to my family and friends, I do not feel a door slamming shut in my soul (\"DO NOT ENTER\")
lol
BE FEAR-less
Ann
