Shaky

Well when I woke up this morning it wasn't as bad as yesterday. Last night I cuddled with my husband and fell asleep to a movie. When I woke up this morning I was able to get out of bed after saying my morning mantra. "you will have a good day. nothing is gonna bother you. you are the sky and all the worries are clouds that are going through you."
I also have been doing a therapy with instead of worrying about the day I imagine my day after the anxious event. Such as going to work and then getting home and hugging my kids. Making supper for my family. Then reading to my kids.
I am strong and I am accepting that feeling.

When I am finally over this hump I am getting a double bow and arrow tattoo. I love reading Sherrylin Kenon and I feel that the double bow and arrow is a sign of strength as well as overcomming obstacles. I am going to get this on my hip or my calf. I am gonna beat this and enjoy getting up in the morning once again.
