Shake & Bake
OK, I know I'm warped but hey, it makes people wonder and it's just too much fun messing with their heads! ROFLOL Jerking is becoming more frequent, more severe, and just plain MORE. Can I sell this condition on EBay? ROFLOL Honestly, between the meds and the jerking I am doing aerobics that no teacher could teach and I've lost 6 pounds. Who knew shaking non-stop would do that much for my weight? LOL Freaked the clinic dr. out as the last episode of jerking lasted well over an hour. She had to get another doctor to help as she'd "never seen anything like this." I told her if we hurry and sell tickets, we'd be rich and go where the tropics are. ROFLOL The nurse then came to adminster some shot of something and I asked could she hit a moving target. ROFLOL Whatever it was, it helped but now I am again severly jerking. Maybe this could be used for the hot site of U-Tube? ROFLOL I got it so I might as well try to make a buck or two for it, yes? ROFLOL Hugs to all my dears. Heads starting to go off, and the back, legs, hands are quickly catching up! Just remember, NEVER STOP LAUGHING. There's always a bright side and in my gyrations, I've seen alot of sides, yes, including the floor. ROFLOL

I am sorry to hear your jerking is getting worse. I did know that it could make you lose weight. My Godson went through a bad time of shaking and jerking with his tourette\'s going through puberty, he was growoing too, so he lost like 3 #\'s a week for awhile. They finally took him off some meds adjusted others and now he doesn\'t shake at all unless he is nervous, he graduates from high school this year, and has grown up to be a gorgeous man. Well, that isn\'t going to happen to you, but hopefully they will figure out what is causing this, are there any University Hospitals around you? You really need them to diagnose this thing. I think it\'s time to call in St. Jude patron saint of hopeless cases to do some intercessory prayer for you.

I think you\'re using your humor to try to handle everything you\'re going through right now. I\'m very worried about you. What is causing all this jerking? What did they give you? Steroids? Anti spasmatic?
You\'re in my prayers.
NAN - I\'m \"learning\" to deal with mixer mode but find myself getting depressed as I have trouble buttoning my clothes, putting on earrings.....you know fine motor skills. But I AM DETERMINED and EVENTUALLY I hit the hole and get my earrings in. TA-DA Take the glory when you get it! Yippee, I put in my own earrings. ROFLOL
KANNE - I\'m on so many meds, I just swallow literally handfuls. Most meds are supposed to work like anti-spasmodics but they are so-so.
When I see my neuro, we\'re going to have a long talk about the spot on my brain (right occipital) because I know it affects my gait, balance, etc. Oh but here\'s the HOOT of one of the new meds....ready....IT CAUSES CONFUSION AND SHORT TERM MEMORY PROBLEMS. ROFLOL ROFLOL I thought \"Dear Lord, I can do that much already and now I have to take a no-shake pill which adds to the problem. Love & hugs
