several months later...
I'm at a residential facility for people with issues similar to my own. It's in Massachusetts, so I'm about an hour away from my family, whom I visit often.
I was very excited Wednesday and Thursday of this past week because I got up at 7AM and was excited about life. Unfortunately the depression came back Friday and today. I generally sleep 15 hours a day and only have enough energy to watch TV the rest of the day. I know that it is anxiety and depression that keeps me in bed. But I don't know how to fight it. It is very discouraging to see days, weeks and months slipping by. I hope that whatever gave me two good days last week will bring me more in the near future.

Hang in there Beth. Depression is a very difficult thing to get through and sickness plays such a role in our overall health, physical and mental. though it\'s often difficult to focus on the positive in life, remember that you\'re not alone and we\'re all in this together!
Blessings,
Kim
