Seven days - no gambling

 One week has gone by since I last wrote in my journal.  I had been doing pretty good till last Sunday when I let the voice in my head convince me to gamble ... up to that point it had been two weeks and I was feeling good.Last Sunday I felt horrible and ashamed, and of course lost a ton of money, so here I am a week later and once again I feel confident and in control.   Oh man, I pray that I have enough strength to stay away from a casino.
