settling

Things have settled down.  T came home 45 minutes late from his curfew but he didn't go out until 9pm.  Plus he had his Dad's cell phone so we talked back and forth so I wasn't worried.  He still will have to come home earlier tonight because he was late.  He seemed fine when he came home even though he's around these same kids.  I am still going to have him go for a blood test.  If he gives me a difficult time about then I will know.  Maybe I can get the PO to order it -even though I'm paying for it.  We have insurance so it can't be that expensive. Since things have settled - and I hope they continue once he's back in school - I hope the PO doesn't violate him.  Honestly,  I don't think he will, based on T's past behaviors that were much worse.  But if the PO decides "enough is enough" then T will have to deal with that.  The problem with going back to court is it wouldn't be for another month or so.  No immediate consequences or dealing with the situation as close to the behavior as possible.  That's just the way it works.    Snow is back.  We had a beautiful spring-like break for about a week.  Before that we had tons of snow - lots of flooding in some areas.  Now it's gently coming down and it's gorgeous.  Many people are tired of the snow but not I.  Time is flying by so quickly that I haven't thought of it as being a long winter.  Love it on the pine trees.
