September

I can't believe it's already September. Time is flying by and all three of my kiddos are growing up way too fast. Despite being chronically ill and chronically poor, I feel like life is good. My girls seem happy. My son seems to be confused, but he is 20 and that kind of goes with the territory at his age. There are many things that I am thankful for; my family, my home, my car, and my dogs. I am really blessed and am really feeling it right now (even if it is partly due to my crazy insomnia euphoria)!

hi i am currently reading about youngevity. something to support chronic illnesses. google it and see if this is something you think might help you. also there is an organo gold tea and coffee line that is super helpful with health benefits. hugs!

Can you get good quality St John\'s Wort tea? I have an expensive brand and when serious self pity threatens I use one. Normally dark chocolate does the trick. Either of these might be helpful if your positive mood plunges.

But it does sound as if you can see the positives in your life. Some people with zero health issues dont have as much! It\'s so great to shake off dark clouds.
