Seniors and Beach Week, Yes or No (Help)
What to do, what to do? My oldest son is graduating form high school next week. This weekend he starting asking about going to beach week. For those who are not familiar this is when all the high school graduates go to the beach with there friends for about a week and have way, way, way toooooo much fun LOL. My son who is pretty responsible and now 18 wants to go. I am trying my best to let me son grow up but boy is it hard to let go. He will be starting college in the fall but it will be at the local community college so he will be staying at home for a couple of years before he transfers to a 4 year institution.
I need some advice. What are your thoughts and did you let you kids go.

Hey Cheryl if you feel your son is responsible enough than let him go just give him some check in times if needed to give you a little more sense of security of knowing he is safe. I had the pleasure of going to beach week and that was because my parents knew and trusted the friends I was going with. My daughter wanted to go but her friends backed out so I didn\'t have that to worry about. I hope you figure something out. Good luck!
