I never realized what damage bullying can do. Sure I knew it hurt at the moment but I did not know I would still feel the pain years later. And have destroyed my self esteem. I feel so worthless.
You are never worthless. You are made in the image and likeness of God. We as humans are the peak of God\'s creation as Genesis tells us. God made everything else and said \" it is good\". After he made man He said \"it is very good\". Bullying and things that go on in life, especially in childhood can cause some issues as we grow older. Life can be cruel at times as can people but remember, Jesus will never leave us or forsake us. I dealt with low self esteem for years. It started with my constant competition with my twin brother, it was made worse by a terrible first marriage and bad choices on my part when I was young. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured. You know I am here if you need me.
You are a precious child. A gift from God. It\'s not to easy to ignore a bully, no matter who they are. My step mother was a bully. It was very hard to deal with that, especially being under her thumb of authority. Some people don\'t know your are a gift from God, because they don\'t know it about themselves. That makes it their issue, not yours. You are worth everthing to God. Each one of us are special. He know\'s how many hairs are on your head, right down to the last one.
Note* If I had to base my worth on how clean my house was, or what I accomplished in a day, I would be never be able to build myself up. You are someone special because you have life, you live, and I\'m glad you do. Love you Stephanie. Danette

basic How not to feel worthless:
Write down the work you do everyday then along side of that put the commercial value.
Example: Cleaned house [all house work done] for one hour = $40 us money for Molly Maid.
At the end of the day total it. When you see the monetary value you give your living space you will automatically see that you are not worthless.
