So i got thease anxiety cds in the mail its Attacking anxiety and depression
Listen to a little 2day sad that theres alot of people with this !
Still sad about the break up guess time wish he gave me closer but no dont know what with sour mostly like he cant deal with what i have but i cant help it!
I need help hard with agoraphobia want all to get better in mylife just a waiting game

Glad you\'re trying to get some help - please let me know if the cd\'s help. I was just telling my therapist today that I look into my future and never see this going away. Seems like it will always be there and I\'m so tired of fighting. People who haven\'t experienced agoraphobia just can\'t understand what we go through. I tell people that I don\'t choose to be miserable! If I had a choice, I\'d choose to be happy. Guess we just have to keep trudging on.
