Self Harming my self

On May 29 2016 i was sitting at the computer and my sister was getting in trouble and i overheard my sister saying something about me. I waited about five minutes and i was starting to think all of these things in my head so i acted fast. I grabbed a razor blade out of the drawer and ran out the back door. I ran until i got to the road and sat down and started to cut my self. The time i was running i was crying and didn't think i was really gonna do it but i did. Later on my family was calling my name and i panicked my uncle lumped into his truck and came up the street to look for me. He told me to get home so i started to walk home and then my aunt started walking towards me so i had an anxiety and panic attack and the same time. she helped me calm down and it went from there and now i am here looking for help
